Your adventure begins with a scenic journey to the Damajagua Natural Monument in Puerto Plata. After arrival, you’ll receive safety equipment and a briefing from expert guides.
Start with a moderate uphill hike (around 30–45 minutes) through lush tropical forest, leading to the top of the waterfalls.
From there, the real adventure begins! You’ll descend by jumping, sliding, and swimming through a series of waterfalls and canyon pools. There are options for those who prefer not to jump, making it suitable for most travelers.
