The day begins with early morning pickup from your hotel in the Punta Cana/Bávaro area, followed by an air-conditioned transfer to the port city of La Romana (or Cumayasa River). There, you will board your boat for the cruise to Catalina Island. This tour is perfect for beginners, as you will receive a full safety briefing and basic training from a certified PADI instructor before entering the water.

Your underwater adventure includes two guided immersion dives. The first dive often takes place at The Wall, an impressive coral formation known for its dramatic drop-off and diverse marine life, where non-certified divers will descend to a safe, controlled depth (typically up to 12 meters/40 feet) under close supervision.
