Full Description ? The day begins at Plaza Mayor in Trinidad with a walking tour of the city’s historic center. From there, we head to Los Dos Cañones Park to meet our horses—noble companions well-trained for all experience levels. After a safety briefing, the ride begins! We follow trails surrounded by dense tropical vegetation, passing by the ruins of sugar mills that tell the story of Trinidad’s wealthy past.

As we move deeper into the hills, we visit traditional rural homes known as bohíos. After a 3 km (1.8 mile) journey, we arrive at the spectacular El Pilón Waterfall. Here, the horses rest while you dive into the cool, natural pools for a refreshing two-hour break. To conclude the adventure, we ride back to the city for a delicious Creole lunch made with fresh, seasonal ingredients before returning to our starting point.
