Start your tour with a walk through the coffee plantation, where expert guides will share fascinating stories of coffee’s role in Costa Rican culture and economy. You’ll see how coffee cherries grow, how they are handpicked, and follow them on their journey to becoming the aromatic brew you enjoy. 

Then comes the chocolate adventure. You’ll walk through cacao trees, learn how cacao pods are harvested, and dive into the transformation process — from pulp to bean, and from shelling to grinding. For a hands-on experience, you’ll even grind cocoa beans yourself and craft your own chocolate bar or drink, guided by traditional methods. 

Throughout the tour, you’ll move along well-maintained covered paths so the experience remains pleasant rain or shine. The guides also highlight the farm’s connection to nature — pointing out native plants and wildlife, making the journey both educational and relaxing.
