The journey continues into the Fermentation Room where guides explain how fermentation and drying shape flavour. Then move to the Sensory Room: engage your smell, taste, sight and touch as you sample several chocolate percentages and learn to distinguish subtle differences. The tour finishes in the factory viewing area where you’ll watch machines transform roasted beans into finished bars. For those who upgrade, you’ll either craft your own chocolate bar or make soap from cacao butter before concluding.
